- Contribute to ensuring, measuring, and driving operational performance.
- Promote internal control, implement monitoring tools, and manage them.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and budgetary closing processes.
- Ensure the valuation of industrial cost prices, including ranges and nomenclatures.
- Lead operational action plans with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) in Business, Engineering, or Finance/Management-related fields.
- Significant initial experience in industrial management control.
- Proficiency in management control techniques and IT tools (Excel, POWERBI, ERP, databases).
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships across departments.
- Autonomy and attention to detail.
Entry-level experience in industrial management control is required.
Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) in relevant fields.
