1. Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) in Business, Engineering, or Finance/Management-related fields.
2. Significant initial experience in industrial management control.

1. Proficiency in management control techniques and IT tools (Excel, POWERBI, ERP, databases).
2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships across departments.
4. Autonomy and attention to detail.

Entry-level experience in industrial management control is required.

Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) in relevant fields.
