- Define and track key performance and engagement indicators to measure the effectiveness of performance and employee lifecycle initiatives.
- Provide regular reports to management on observed trends and data-driven insights.
- Build strong relationships with leaders, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to support performance and engagement initiatives.
- Mentor and develop a team dedicated to performance and engagement, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and leading performance management systems in a large global organization.
- Strong understanding of performance management principles, engagement strategies, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and support organizational transformations.
- Experience with HR technology platforms.
- Interest in luxury, fashion, and the Louis Vuitton brand.
- Experience in an international and matrixed organization.
- Analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Minimum 10 years of experience in performance management, employee engagement, or related HR fields.
