- Serve as the liaison between HR teams, payroll service providers, and local tax authorities across various countries.
- Support employees by addressing their payroll-related inquiries and needs.
- Coordinate and manage the collection of necessary payroll data from each country, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Ensure compliance of payroll providers with local laws and regulations, resolving any arising issues.
- Stay informed about labor, tax, and social security laws, with a focus on Spanish legislation.
- Act as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries, resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify and implement improvements in payroll processes.
- Ensure timely payment deadlines are met and provide accurate, detailed payroll reports to management.
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing payroll with a deep understanding of labor and tax regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with internal teams and external providers.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and improve.
- Proficiency in payroll management tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Advanced level of English.
