1. Serve as the liaison between HR teams, payroll service providers, and local tax authorities across various countries.
2. Support employees by addressing their payroll-related inquiries and needs.
3. Coordinate and manage the collection of necessary payroll data from each country, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
4. Ensure compliance of payroll providers with local laws and regulations, resolving any arising issues.
5. Stay informed about labor, tax, and social security laws, with a focus on Spanish legislation.
6. Act as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries, resolving issues promptly.
7. Collaborate with the HR team to identify and implement improvements in payroll processes.
8. Ensure timely payment deadlines are met and provide accurate, detailed payroll reports to management.

1. University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing payroll with a deep understanding of labor and tax regulations.

2. Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with internal teams and external providers.
3. Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
4. Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and improve.
5. Proficiency in payroll management tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
6. Advanced level of English.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management, with a comprehensive understanding of labor and tax regulations.
