1. Manage payroll processes in compliance with legal obligations and internal policies, including collecting and entering payroll variables such as hours, absences, and bonuses.
2. Prepare payroll statements and social declarations (DSN), and manage relationships with social organizations (CPAM, Mutual, Provident).
3. Monitor social security benefits and insurance files, ensuring legal and social compliance.
4. Administer personnel management from onboarding to offboarding, including drafting employment contracts and amendments, managing social affiliations, and tracking absences.
5. Provide administrative and operational support for recruitment and training activities, including job posting, candidate screening, and organizing training sessions.
6. Manage medical follow-ups for employees, including organizing medical visits and handling related documentation.

1. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in payroll management.
2. Strong knowledge of social legislation and payroll regulations.
3. Proficiency in payroll tools (e.g., Cegid, Meta4).
