Louis Vuitton Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager

- Manage payroll processes in compliance with legal obligations and internal policies, including collecting and entering payroll variables such as hours, absences, and bonuses.
- Prepare payroll statements and social declarations (DSN), and manage relationships with social organizations (CPAM, Mutual, Provident).
- Monitor social security benefits and insurance files, ensuring legal and social compliance.
- Administer personnel management from onboarding to offboarding, including drafting employment contracts and amendments, managing social affiliations, and tracking absences.
- Provide administrative and operational support for recruitment and training activities, including job posting, candidate screening, and organizing training sessions.
- Manage medical follow-ups for employees, including organizing medical visits and handling related documentation.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of social legislation and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll tools (e.g., Cegid, Meta4).
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word).
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork capability.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Confidentiality and strong interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in payroll management is required.
