- Collect and enter variable payroll elements (hours, absences, bonuses) into the payroll system.
- Monitor and record absences (vacation, sick leave) and manage related payroll inputs.
- Process payroll-related inputs and perform salary data entry with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and ensure physical/digital filing systems are current.
- Coordinate routine on‑shop/plant visits to build relationships and raise HR visibility among production teams.
- Prepare employee exit documentation (work certificates, final settlements) and maintain onboarding payroll presentation for new hires.
- Lead a project to raise Team Leaders’ and managers’ awareness of absence tracking to improve presenteeism within the workshops.
- Enrolled in a Bac+3 level programme in Human Resources, Payroll or equivalent (work‑study/alternance).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with managers and production teams.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and high level of discretion handling confidential payroll data.
- Autonomous, reactive and able to work collaboratively within an HR team.
- Available for a 1‑year alternance starting late August/September 2026 with the following rhythms: 1 week on/1 week off or 2 days/3 days.
- Payroll data entry and variable elements management

Beginner — suitable for candidates with little or no professional payroll experience; prior coursework or short internships in HR/payroll is an asset.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's-level (Bac+3) programme in Human Resources, Payroll administration or equivalent (alternance/work‑study).
