1. Manage the payroll and administration for interns and apprentices, including contracts, personnel files, payroll, absence tracking, and badge anomalies.
2. Input variable payroll elements and support the payroll manager in drafting fixed-term contracts for artisans and handling personnel administration tasks such as insurance and provident fund management.
3. Oversee daily management of social security indemnities (IJSS).
4. Handle service invoicing, including order processing, invoice verification, and receipt.
5. Manage general services, including supply orders, inventory, procedure updates, and maintenance of HR equipment.
6. Coordinate travel arrangements for artisans, including itinerary planning, visa management, expense reports, and pre- and post-travel follow-up.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.

1. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
