1. Manage the payroll and administration for interns and apprentices, including contracts, personnel files, payroll processing, absence tracking, and entry/exit procedures.
2. Input variable payroll elements and support the payroll manager in drafting fixed-term contracts for leather goods artisans.
3. Handle daily social security indemnities management.
4. Oversee service billing, including order placement, invoice control, and receipt.
5. Manage general services such as supply orders, inventory, and maintenance of HR equipment.
6. Coordinate travel arrangements for leather goods artisans, including itinerary planning, visa management, and expense tracking.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.

1. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Curiosity and adaptability.
4. Environmental awareness and commitment.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
