Louis Vuitton Payment and Fraud Manager

- Lead and manage the Payment and Fraud strategy across retail, digital, finance, LV_Neo, and omnichannel business units.
- Optimize deployment strategies and manage stakeholder relationships, including internal departments and external partners.
- Establish and oversee processes for new payment methods, risk management, and project validation.
- Manage contracts with partners in collaboration with Legal Teams.
- Implement and monitor tools for tracking and alerting, ensuring compliance with KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to regulations such as AML, PCI DSS, and GDPR, providing guidance to internal teams.
- Conduct technological and regulatory watch to identify opportunities and ensure compliance with data and security legislation.
- Maintain a comprehensive mapping of payment and fraud systems, enhancing existing tools.
- Share knowledge and promote Payment and Fraud activities to all stakeholders within the organization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in payments and fraud within a large international retailer, including managerial experience.
- Proficiency in payment and fraud partner tools, Office Suite, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, and databases.
- Result-oriented with strong organizational skills in a dynamic project environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluency in French and English.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 7 years in payments and fraud management in a large international retail setting.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
