2. Provide draft and design advice to clients, finalizing drawing proposals.
3. Paint and refine drawings on hard-sided pieces, revising until product redemption.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to promote craftsmanship and personalization services to clients.
5. Create personalized gifts such as cards and sketches for clients' special occasions to enhance engagement.
6. Lead and showcase personalization services at Savoir Faire events, both in-store and offsite.

1. Proven experience as a painter, preferably in a retail or commercial setting.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Extensive hand painting artistic skill.
2. Ability to interpret and visualize client's desired concepts.
3. Strong knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and tools.
4. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
7. Proficiency in Chinese and English.

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a painter, preferably in a retail or commercial setting.
