1. Evaluate the feasibility of Marketing briefs and propose optimized, innovative solutions.
2. Construct and manage development schedules for packaging and formulas, while leading the project team.
3. Prepare consultations and participate in supplier selection.
4. Validate technical designs and all necessary production documents.
5. Define and oversee packaging approvals.
6. Ensure the industrialization of packaging/products at production sites and with subcontractors.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of packaging/products.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in packaging, formula, and industrialization within the perfume and cosmetics sector.

1. Strong technical knowledge of material properties and transformation processes for plastics, metals, and glass.
2. Proficiency in packaging/product development processes and complex project management.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
4. Proficiency in Pack Office tools; knowledge of MS Project, Adobe Suite, and 3D software is advantageous.
5. Curiosity, autonomy, and proactivity with a strong sense of initiative.

A minimum of 3 years in project management within the perfume and cosmetics industry, focusing on packaging, formula, and industrialization.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
