1. Support the Industrial Development and Packaging team in creating innovative, high-quality, and environmentally friendly packaging.
2. Lead continuous improvement projects, such as replacing virgin plastics with recycled or bio-sourced materials.
3. Manage operational projects, including multi-material product launches, in collaboration with marketing, development, purchasing, suppliers, and factories.
4. Monitor packaging development with suppliers until technical approval, including industrialization in packaging plants and compliance with quality standards.
5. Assist project managers in their daily tasks.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering program or equivalent university course with a strong understanding of packaging materials.

3. Ability to clearly articulate ideas with sound reasoning.
4. Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and proactivity.
5. Proficiency in reading technical plans and handling data (Microsoft Office Suite).

No prior professional experience is required, although familiarity with packaging materials is preferred.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
