1. Proactively support the Store Manager in daily operations.
2. Serve as the primary liaison with Retail Performance Management and Supply Chain teams.
3. Manage and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) within the area of responsibility.
4. Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, identifying growth potential in collaboration with the Store Manager and Human Resources.
5. Assist in organizing customer events.
6. Lead, plan, and develop staff using various personnel development tools.
7. Regularly report and provide commercial information to the Store Manager and/or Head Office.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
2. Several years of professional experience with leadership responsibilities.

1. Strong organizational and planning skills with a high service orientation.
2. Excellent entrepreneurial and strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach.
3. Outstanding analytical skills and a performance-driven work ethic.
4. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, including leadership roles.
