1. Oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness and develop the store's operations strategy.
2. Ensure compliance with operational procedures, SOCP, and internal control standards.
3. Administer asset protection, access control, and safety protocols.
4. Challenge and improve operational processes for continuous enhancement.
5. Manage workforce, administrative tasks, and daily operational maintenance.
6. Organize stockroom effectively and monitor inventory management, including layaway and order fulfillment.
7. Facilitate shipment reception, stock transfers, and replenishments.
8. Ensure product availability on the sales floor and accountability for inventory accuracy.
9. Enhance client experience through visual merchandising and client satisfaction initiatives.
10. Assist with cashiering duties and manage in-store traffic flow.
11. Lead and coach team members to enhance their operational knowledge and skills.
12. Guide and empower the team for continuous growth and development.
