1. Assist the Store Manager in leading and coaching the team to achieve operational objectives.
2. Ensure the highest level of client experience through strong operational support.
3. Oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness and develop operations strategy for the store.
4. Manage all aspects of product flow and store inventory control.
5. Administer front and back of house operations, including maintenance and client delivery processes.
6. Contribute to stock management, optimization, shipping, reception, and daily transfers.
7. Handle full counting, repair services, packaging, replenishment logistics, and after-sales services.
8. Manage store security, cleaning, office supplies, and product personalization.
9. Coordinate special projects.
