1. Ensure the highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise, overseeing all aspects of the client delivery process including communication, troubleshooting, and delivery support.
2. Support training on all operational procedures and communication systems, fostering a collaborative work environment within the team and with managers.
3. Manage inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
4. Assist with the maintenance of the store facility, organize all back of house areas, and provide on-site technological support.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, guiding store teams on these directives.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field.
