1. Assist the Store Manager in leading and coaching the team to achieve operational objectives.
2. Ensure the highest level of client experience through robust operational support.
3. Oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness and develop operations strategy for the store.
4. Manage all aspects of product flow and store inventory control.
5. Administer front and back of house operations, including maintenance and client delivery processes.
6. Handle stock management, optimization, shipping, reception, daily transfers, and full counting.
7. Manage security, cleaning, office supplies, product personalization, and special project coordination.
