1. Assist the Store Manager in leading and coaching the team to achieve operational objectives.
2. Ensure the highest level of client experience through strong operational support.
3. Oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness and develop operations strategy for the store.
4. Manage all aspects of product flow and store inventory control.
5. Administer front and back of house operations, including maintenance and client delivery processes.
6. Represent the brand values and demonstrate Louis Vuitton attitudes towards clients and team members.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment with an operations focus.

2. Proficient problem-solving abilities.
3. Fluency in English is mandatory.
