1. Support training on all operational procedures and communication systems.

7. Handle inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle in an organized and secure manner.
8. Guide and train store teams on process and company compliance directives.
9. Assist with the maintenance of the store facility and ensure organization of all back-of-house areas.
10. Act as on-site technological support.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field.

1. Operational expertise in inventory and shipping/receiving processes.
2. Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
3. Excellent communication and client service skills.
4. Proficiency in training and guiding teams on operational procedures.
5. Ability to manage and troubleshoot client delivery processes.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
