1. Act as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, embodying its values and attitudes towards clients and team members.
2. Assist the Store Manager in leading and mentoring the team to achieve operational objectives.
3. Ensure the highest level of client experience through strong operational support.
4. Support training on all operational procedures and communication systems.
5. Facilitate efficient sales floor management to optimize business opportunities.
6. Oversee inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle in a secure and organized manner.
7. Guide and train store teams on process and company compliance directives.
8. Collaborate with management to maintain the store facility and organize back-of-house areas.
9. Serve as on-site technological support and lead the client delivery process.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a similar role.

3. Proficiency in inventory management and shipping/receiving processes.
