1. Act as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, embodying its values and attitudes towards clients and team members.
2. Assist the Store Manager in leading and coaching the team to achieve operational objectives.
3. Ensure the delivery of the highest level of client experience through robust operational support.
4. Oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness and develop the operations strategy for the store.
5. Manage all aspects of product flow and store inventory control.
6. Administer front and back of house operations, including maintenance and client delivery processes.
7. Manage security, cleaning, office supplies, and personalization of products.
8. Coordinate special projects and ensure efficient replenishment logistics and after-sales services.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment with an operations focus.
