1. Lead and inspire the stock team to support the delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise, modeling the brand's core attitudes.
2. Provide consistent coaching and identify development needs, collaborating with the Field Coach Trainer and Store Manager to tailor individual plans.
3. Manage product flow and stock control, ensuring efficient replenishment from delivery to shop floor.
4. Develop initiatives to enhance stock management and reduce stock loss.
5. Set up and track stock KPIs for monthly review with the Store Director.
6. Foster a collaborative relationship between stock and shop floor teams.
7. Collaborate with Logistics & Supply Chain to address and improve operational issues.
8. Ensure security risks are minimized and appropriate procedures are in place, including staff and client health and safety.
9. Oversee incident reporting and work with the regional Operations Manager to develop action plans.
10. Ensure all team members receive security training to increase awareness and reduce thefts.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a stock or managerial role within a highly brand-driven and fast-paced retail company, ideally in the fashion, luxury, or accessories industry.
2. Experience in a multicultural environment.

Substantial experience in stock or managerial roles within the fashion, luxury, or accessories industry, or hospitality industry, in a multicultural environment.
