1. Oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness of the store.
2. Develop and lead the operations strategy for the store.
3. Manage all aspects of product flow, after sales, maintenance, and store upkeep.

5. Ensure asset protection, health and safety, and schedule management.
6. Partner with the wider management team to optimize operations across all concessions.
7. Deliver a positive impact on sales, customer service, and stock management.

1. Expert knowledge of stock and operations in a high volume, dynamic environment.
2. Extensive people management and development skills.

1. Excellent organization and administration skills.
2. Advanced Excel and computer skills.
3. Experience with operations systems is strongly preferred.

Minimum 3 years in a senior level management position leading operations functions in a fast-paced retail environment.
