1. Lead and mentor the store team in collaboration with the Store Manager and Operations Manager.
2. Ensure the highest level of client experience through robust operational support.
3. Manage and develop team performance to achieve operational objectives.
4. Oversee inventory management and the shipping/receiving lifecycle.
5. Maintain store facilities and systems, ensuring organization and compliance.
6. Facilitate client care processes, including alterations and aftersales services.
7. Support training on operational procedures and communication systems.
8. Act as on-site technological support and guide store teams on compliance directives.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
