- Supervise all aspects of product flow, after-sales, loss prevention, and administration.
- Lead, manage, and develop the team on all operational aspects of the business.
- Partner with the wider management team to optimize operations while delivering a positive impact on sales, customer service, and stock management.
- Mentor and lead the team in all operational facets while ensuring optimal client service.
- Oversee training on operational procedures, store systems, and communication platforms.
- Manage logistics, including inventory control and shipping/receiving processes.
- Collaborate with Client Care to ensure repair flow and after-sales service excellence.
- Maintain store facilities and act as on-site tech support when needed.
- Previous management position leading operations in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Expert knowledge of stock and operations in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
- Advanced Excel and computer skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
- Strong drive for results
- Understanding of the luxury market
- Focus on strategic operational efficiency and follow-through
Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within a fast-paced retail environment, ideally in the luxury sector.
Salary range of USD $28/hr - $32/hr, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
