1. Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve operational objectives.
2. Ensure exceptional client experience through robust operational support.
3. Support training on all operational procedures and communication systems.
4. Oversee the preparation and packaging of client merchandise, ensuring the highest standards.
5. Facilitate the client delivery process, including communication, troubleshooting, and delivery support.
6. Enhance business opportunities through efficient sales floor management.
7. Collaborate with the Client Care team to achieve aftersales critical metrics.
8. Manage inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle efficiently.
9. Guide and train store teams on process and compliance directives.
10. Assist with store facility maintenance and organization of back-of-house areas.
11. Provide on-site technological support.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a similar role.
2. Proven ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
3. Strong understanding of inventory management and shipping/receiving processes.

The position offers an hourly rate ranging from USD $28 to $31, with potential for bonuses.
