- Lead and mentor the operations team, supporting the Operations Manager.
- Ensure the highest level of client experience through strong operational support.
- Facilitate training on operational procedures and communication systems.
- Encourage collaboration within the team and with managers.
- Oversee the preparation and packaging of client merchandise.
- Manage the client delivery process, including communication, troubleshooting, and delivery support.
- Enhance business opportunities through efficient sales floor management.
- Collaborate with the Client Care team to achieve aftersales metrics.
- Handle inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle efficiently.
- Guide and train store teams on process and compliance directives.
- Assist with store facility maintenance and organization of back-of-house areas.
- Provide on-site technological support.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Operational expertise in inventory and shipping/receiving processes.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in managing client delivery processes.
- Ability to maintain high standards in client service and operational support.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations within the luxury retail sector is required.
