1. Support training on all operational procedures and communication systems.
2. Encourage collaboration within the team and managers to build a positive work environment.
3. Ensure the highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise.
4. Lead all aspects of the client delivery process, including communication, troubleshooting, and delivery support.
5. Improve business opportunities through efficient sales floor management.
6. Facilitate the flow of repairs in partnership with the Client Care team to achieve aftersales critical metrics.
7. Handle inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle efficiently and securely.
8. Guide and train store teams on process and company compliance directives.
9. Assist with the maintenance of the store facility and ensure organization of all back of house areas.
10. Act as on-site technological support.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant operational experience.
2. Proven ability to manage and develop teams.
3. Strong understanding of inventory and shipping/receiving processes.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant operational experience in a luxury retail environment is required.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $29 - $34 plus the opportunity for a bonus.
