- Support training on all operational procedures and communication systems.
- Encourage collaboration within the team and managers to build a positive work environment.
- Ensure the highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise.
- Lead all aspects of the client delivery process, including communication, troubleshooting, and delivery support.
- Improve business opportunities through efficient sales floor management.
- Facilitate the flow of repairs in partnership with the Client Care team to achieve aftersales critical metrics.
- Handle inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle efficiently and securely.
- Guide and train store teams on process and company compliance directives.
- Assist with the maintenance of the store facility and ensure organization of all back of house areas.
- Act as on-site technological support.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant operational experience.
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams.
- Strong understanding of inventory and shipping/receiving processes.
- Operational expertise in luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in managing inventory and logistics.
- Ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Technological proficiency for on-site support.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant operational experience in a luxury retail environment is required.
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $29 - $34 plus the opportunity for a bonus.
