1. Assist the Store Manager and Operations Manager in leading and mentoring the team.
2. Encourage the achievement of operational objectives and ensure exceptional client experiences through robust operational support.
3. Support training on all operational procedures and communication systems.
4. Ensure the highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise and oversee the client delivery process.
5. Facilitate the flow of repairs in partnership with the Client Care team to achieve aftersales critical metrics.
6. Manage inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle efficiently and securely.
7. Guide and train store teams on process and company compliance directives.
8. Assist with the maintenance of the store facility and ensure organization of all back-of-house areas.
9. Act as on-site technological support.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a similar role.

2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
3. Proficiency in inventory management and shipping/receiving processes.
4. Ability to maintain high standards in client service and operational support.
5. Technological proficiency for on-site support.
