- Assist the Store Manager and Operations Manager in leading and mentoring the team.
- Encourage the achievement of operational objectives and ensure exceptional client experiences through robust operational support.
- Support training on all operational procedures and communication systems.
- Ensure the highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise and oversee the client delivery process.
- Facilitate the flow of repairs in partnership with the Client Care team to achieve aftersales critical metrics.
- Manage inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle efficiently and securely.
- Guide and train store teams on process and company compliance directives.
- Assist with the maintenance of the store facility and ensure organization of all back-of-house areas.
- Act as on-site technological support.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and shipping/receiving processes.
- Ability to maintain high standards in client service and operational support.
- Technological proficiency for on-site support.
