1. Mentor and lead the team in all operational facets while ensuring optimal client service.
2. Oversee training on operation procedures, store systems, and communication platforms.
3. Manage logistics from inventory control to shipping/receiving processes.
4. Collaborate with Client Care for repair flow and aftersales service excellence.
5. Maintain store facilities and act as on-site tech support when needed.

1. Strong drive for results and understanding of the luxury market.
2. Expert knowledge of stock and operations in a high volume, dynamic environment.

3. Advanced Excel and computer skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a management position leading operations in a fast-paced, retail (preferably luxury) environment.
