1. Support training on operational procedures and communication systems.

4. Lead all aspects of the client delivery process, including communication, troubleshooting, and delivery support.
5. Facilitate the flow of repairs in partnership with the Client Care team to achieve aftersales metrics.
6. Support inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle efficiently and securely.
7. Guide and train store teams on processes and company compliance directives.
8. Assist with the maintenance of the store facility and organization of back-of-house areas.
9. Act as on-site technological support.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field.

3. Proficiency in inventory management and shipping/receiving processes.
