Louis Vuitton Operations Associate

- Maintain stock inventory in optimal condition, ensuring efficient organization of stock rooms.
- Manage delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock accurately and swiftly.
- Ensure product availability on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and client experience.
- Interact with Supply Chain to manage product requests and meet client needs.
- Oversee vendor contracts and monitor store maintenance.
- Coordinate with HR Administration and payroll regarding timesheets and necessary information.
- Support store management in staff planning, considering traffic flow and commercial elements.
- Manage stationery, uniforms, and other supplies.
- Handle cash management and expense reimbursements.
- Adhere to internal audit guidelines.
- In larger stores, manage and develop the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Integrate fully with the store team and contribute to overall store objectives.
- Support Client Advisors in optimizing operations to meet client needs.
- Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in store operations, preferably within retail brands.
- Client-centric approach with creativity and proactivity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High motivation and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English.
Beginner level experience in store operations, ideally within the retail industry.
