- Maintain stock inventory in optimal condition, ensuring efficient organization of stock rooms.
- Assist in delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock promptly and accurately.
- Ensure availability of the right products on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and client experience.
- Support store stock management as required.
- Coordinate with HR Administration and payroll regarding timesheets and necessary information.
- Assist Store Management in workforce planning, considering traffic flow, commercial elements, and staff availability.
- Manage stationery, uniforms, kitchen supplies, and handle cash management and expense reimbursements.
- Adhere to Internal Audit guidelines.
- Integrate fully with the store team, participating in morning briefings and contributing to store objectives.
- Support Client Advisors in optimizing operations to meet client needs.
- Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in store operations, preferably within retail brands.
- Passion for the retail or service-oriented industry.
- Client-centric, creative, proactive, and positive approach.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good command of Chinese and English.
- Excellent team player with high levels of motivation.
Beginner level experience in store operations, ideally within the retail sector.
