1. Maintain stock inventory in optimal condition, ensuring efficient organization of stock rooms.
2. Assist in delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock accurately and swiftly.

4. Support store stock management as needed.
5. Coordinate with HR Administration and payroll regarding timesheets and necessary documentation.
6. Assist Store Management in workforce planning, considering traffic flow and staff availability.
7. Manage stationery, uniforms, and kitchen supplies.
8. Handle cash management and expense reimbursements.
9. Adhere to Internal Audit guidelines.
10. Integrate fully with the store team and contribute to achieving store objectives.
11. Support Client Advisors in optimizing operations to meet client needs.
12. Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
13. Uphold Louis Vuitton's brand standards in grooming and behavior.

1. 1-2 years of relevant experience in store operations, preferably within retail brands.
2. Passion for the retail or service-oriented industry.
3. Client-centric, creative, proactive, and positive approach.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work under pressure.
3. Good command of Chinese and English.
4. Team player with high levels of motivation.

1-2 years of relevant experience in store operations, preferably within retail brands.
