1. Maintain stock inventory in optimal condition, ensuring efficient organization of stock rooms.
2. Assist in delivery operations, ensuring prompt and accurate stock replenishment.
3. Ensure product availability on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and client experience.
4. Support store stock management as needed.
5. Coordinate with HR Administration and payroll regarding timesheets and necessary information.
6. Assist Store Management in workforce planning, considering traffic flow, commercial elements, and staff availability.
7. Manage stationery, uniforms, and other supplies.
8. Handle cash management and expense reimbursements.
9. Adhere to Internal Audit guidelines.
10. Integrate fully with the store team and contribute to achieving store objectives.
11. Support Client Advisors in optimizing operations to meet client needs.
12. Develop extensive brand and product knowledge.
13. Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.

1. 1-2 years of relevant experience in store operations, preferably within retail brands.
2. Passion for the retail or service-oriented industry.

5. Proficiency in Chinese and English.
