1. Contribute to the international coordination of Louis Vuitton's culinary community and the implementation of standardized operational procedures.
2. Conduct market analyses and competitive studies within the hospitality and luxury sectors.
3. Participate in the development of culinary offerings, ensuring supply chain management aligns with the brand's quality standards.
4. Maintain and optimize existing IT tools such as Power BI, Excel, and sales reporting systems.
5. Collect and integrate data to construct new dashboards.
6. Support sales, distribution, and chocolate production planning.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) with a keen interest in hospitality and luxury sectors.

1. Proficiency in IT tools, programming, and data processing, including Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI.
2. Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and rigor.
3. Advanced analytical skills and synthesis capabilities.
4. Fluent in English.

Beginner level experience with a focus on IT and data analysis in a luxury or hospitality context.

Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5).
