- Support the development and execution of the department's multi-year strategic plan.
- Conduct benchmarking and case studies to inform top management decisions and define team roadmaps.
- Prepare for recurring executive meetings and committees with department leadership.
- Lead the Digital Ambassadors program to enhance synergies between digital platforms and physical stores.
- Assist in digital transformation initiatives, including audits and process redesigns.
- Gather data and KPIs to enhance the impact of digital reporting.
- Promote digital achievements through internal communication channels such as newsletters and videos.
- Organize quarterly seminars with warehouses, customer service, and stores to broaden digital and omnichannel understanding.
- Coordinate various events within the team or for the headquarters, managing agendas, support, and logistics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally in a consulting firm.
- Interest in the luxury and digital sectors.
- Ability to adapt to strategic and operational levels.
- Comfortable working directly with top management in a demanding environment.
- Strong adaptability, excellent interpersonal skills, and proactive approach.
- Autonomous, organized, and meticulous with project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
