Louis Vuitton Omnichannel Project & Operations Manager

- Lead omnichannel projects across South Asia, ensuring alignment with stakeholders from initiation to delivery, including e-commerce platform management, order to cash processes, client services, logistics, and payments.
- Prepare testing scenarios and coordinate user acceptance tests, including order placement and payment processes.
- Support digital launch preparations, lead User Ability Testing (UAT), and identify website defects to optimize the online purchase experience.
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for e-commerce operations, covering digital order management, product returns and refunds, packaging, and delivery.
- Manage the order management team and vendors, ensuring effective e-commerce order execution, knowledge sharing, and coaching.
- Continuously optimize omnichannel business performance and enhance client experience.
- Supervise a team of two project coordinators.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or digital/retail operations, preferably with omnichannel projects across diverse markets.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce operations or platform management, including payments, fraud management, logistics, and delivery processes.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics to derive actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage operational incidents.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a global mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- High agility in dealing with ambiguity and stress, with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Can-do attitude with multitasking capability, prioritization skills, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years in project management or digital/retail operations, with a focus on omnichannel projects.
