Louis Vuitton Omnichannel Project & Operations Manager

- Lead omnichannel projects across South Asia, ensuring alignment with stakeholders from initiation to delivery, including e-commerce platform, order to cash, client services, logistics, and payments.
- Prepare and coordinate user acceptance tests, including order placement scenarios such as checkout and payment processes.
- Support digital launch preparations, leading User Ability Testing (UAT) and identifying website defects to enhance online purchase experience.
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for e-commerce operations including digital order management, product returns, refunds, packaging, and delivery.
- Manage the order management team and vendors to ensure effective e-commerce order management execution, including knowledge sharing and coaching.
- Continuously optimize omnichannel business performance and enhance client experience.
- Supervise a team of two project coordinators.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, digital or retail operations, or omnichannel projects across diverse markets.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce operations or platform management, including payments, fraud management, logistics, and delivery processes.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI or Google Analytics to derive actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage operational incidents and improve processes.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a global mindset.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Agility in dealing with ambiguity and stress, with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Can-do attitude with multitasking ability, prioritization skills, and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
