1. Implement customer journeys and key moments of the omni care experience in collaboration with retail teams and the LV Neo IT team.
2. Participate in the design, build, and deployment phases of the Care application revamp in stores, including features such as product recognition, customer notifications, tracking, and digital passport.
3. Conduct competitive benchmarking and ad-hoc studies.
4. Study and contribute to the implementation of the Care offer clustering proposal.

1. Currently pursuing a final year internship or gap year in a business or engineering school.
2. Fluent in written and spoken English.
3. Previous experience in retail or digital sectors with a customer-oriented focus is appreciated.
