1. Implement customer journeys and key moments of the omni care experience in collaboration with retail teams and LV Neo (IT team).
2. Participate in the design, build, and deployment phases of the Care application revamp in stores, including features such as product recognition, customer notifications, tracking, and digital passports.
3. Conduct competitive benchmarking and ad-hoc studies.
4. Study and contribute to the implementation of the Care offer clustering proposal.

1. Pursuing a final-year internship or gap year in a business or engineering school.
2. Previous experience in retail or digital with a customer-oriented focus is appreciated.
3. Fluent in written and spoken English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.

No prior experience required, although a successful initial experience in retail or digital is appreciated.
