1. Implement customer journeys and key moments of the omni care experience in collaboration with retail teams and the LV Neo IT team.
2. Participate in the design, build, and deployment phases of the in-store Care application revamp and its features, including product recognition, customer notifications, tracking, and digital passport.
3. Conduct competitive benchmarking and ad-hoc studies.
4. Study and contribute to the implementation of the Care offer clustering proposal.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school, seeking an end-of-study or gap year internship.
2. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
3. Previous experience in retail or digital with a customer focus is appreciated.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI is recommended.
2. Curiosity and agility with excellent interpersonal skills.
