Louis Vuitton Office Manager

- Oversee and manage all administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations.
- Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Manage vendor relationships, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other service providers.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, and placing orders.
- Coordinate with the IT department regarding necessary office equipment and vendor management.
- Manage office budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness in partnership with department Executive Assistants.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments; manage calendars for senior management.
- Handle office logistics, including maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment by establishing and enforcing office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and assist in planning corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Facilitate cross-functional partnerships across Louis Vuitton Americas, including corporate and retail functions.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in office management, executive assistance, or administrative assistance.

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Minimum of 5 years in office management, executive assistance, or administrative assistance.
Salary range of USD $100K-$115K.
