- Provide professional reception and visitor management.
- Operate and organize the telephone switchboard.
- Sort and distribute mail, manage courier services.
- Serve as the point of contact for building management, maintenance, and cleaning services.
- Maintain the office kitchen and manage supply orders for stores and the head office.
- Prepare and send birthday cards, gift vouchers, and floral arrangements for employees.
- Organize and book travel arrangements for the General Manager.
- Support conferences and training sessions with catering, materials, and reservations.
- Review and process travel and hotel invoices.
- Assist with interim housing searches for management staff.
- Organize small internal events to enhance employee well-being at the head office.
- Completed commercial training (e.g., foreign language correspondent, hotel management).
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent German and English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- French language skills are advantageous.
- Strong customer and service orientation.
- Independent, solution-oriented, and organized work style.
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced in travel bookings.
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a polished appearance.
- Friendly telephone demeanor and high level of collegiality.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position is required.
Completed commercial training (e.g., foreign language correspondent, hotel management).
