1. Professional reception and visitor management
2. Operation and organization of the telephone switchboard
3. Sorting and distribution of mail, handling courier services
4. Point of contact for building management, janitorial services, and office cleaning company
5. Maintenance of the office kitchen
6. Organization of orders, such as printing materials for stores and head office
7. Preparation and dispatch of birthday cards, gift vouchers, and floral arrangements for employees
8. Organization and booking of travel (flights, trains, hotels) for the General Manager
9. Support for conferences and training sessions (catering, material provision, reservations)
10. Review and accounting of travel and hotel invoices
11. Assistance with interim housing searches for management staff
12. Organization of small internal events to promote employee well-being

1. Completed commercial training (e.g., foreign language correspondent, hotel management)
2. At least 2–3 years of professional experience in a comparable position

1. Excellent German and very good English language skills
2. French language skills are an advantage
3. Strong customer and service orientation
4. Independent, solution-oriented, and organized work style
5. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with travel bookings
6. Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a well-groomed appearance
7. Friendly telephone manner and high level of collegiality
