1. Welcome, inform, and advise employees on hygiene and working conditions, ensuring their medical follow-up and managing associated records.
2. Organize and perform nursing care, analyzing causes and coordinating emergency care.
3. Act as the primary liaison with Occupational Health Services, implementing necessary actions to preserve employee health.
4. Conduct workplace accident and occupational disease investigations.
5. Monitor the company's health policy and analyze employee pain alerts.
6. Prepare employees' return from illness, including workplace accommodations.
7. Ensure continuity of service in case of absence.
8. Analyze causes of care and accidents, implementing corrective actions.
9. Improve working conditions through ergonomic assessments and close collaboration with technical teams and team leaders.
10. Maintain the safety prevention plan, including the risk assessment document.
11. Manage and organize the infirmary, including pharmacy, medical supplies, and vaccination management.
12. Maintain various registers and contribute to activity report writing.
13. Prepare and participate in CSSCT meetings.
14. Engage in additional missions in collaboration with HR teams.

1. State diploma in nursing, ideally with a specialization in occupational health.
2. Proficiency in computer tools, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.
3. Minimum of one year of experience in an industrial environment.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Minimum of three years of professional experience required.

State diploma in nursing, with a specialization in occupational health preferred.
