- Provide medical care and guidance to employees, including hygiene and workplace conditions, medical follow-ups, and associated administrative tasks.
- Organize and administer nursing care, analyzing the causes of medical issues.
- Coordinate emergency care and provide first aid.
- Serve as the primary contact for occupational health services and implement health preservation actions.
- Conduct investigations into workplace accidents and occupational diseases.
- Monitor the company's health policy and analyze employee health alerts.
- Prepare for employee returns from illness, including job adjustments.
- Ensure continuity of service during absences.
- Analyze causes of medical treatments and workplace accidents, implementing corrective actions.
- Improve working conditions through ergonomic assessments and collaboration with technical teams and supervisors.
- Maintain and update the safety prevention plan, including risk assessments.
- Manage the infirmary, including medical supplies, equipment maintenance, and vaccinations.
- Maintain various registers and contribute to activity reports.
- Prepare and participate in health and safety committee meetings.
- Engage in additional HR-related tasks.
- State diploma in nursing, preferably with a specialization in occupational health.
- Proficiency in computer tools, including Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an industrial environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to anticipate and work autonomously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an industrial setting.
State diploma in nursing, specialization in occupational health preferred.
