1. Provide medical consultation and support to employees, including medical follow-ups and management of medical records.
2. Organize and administer nursing care, analyzing and coordinating emergency care as needed.
3. Act as the primary liaison with Occupational Health Services, implementing health preservation actions.
4. Conduct occupational disease investigations and manage health alerts in collaboration with HSE, HR, and management teams.
5. Prepare employees for return to work post-illness, coordinating with HSE, HR, and management for workplace adjustments.
6. Perform ergonomic assessments and provide ergonomic advice to teams, including on-site support.
7. Manage the infirmary, including pharmacy supplies, medical equipment, and vaccination programs.
8. Maintain various registers and contribute to activity report writing.
9. Prepare and participate in CSSCT meetings with HSE and Social Relations functions.

1. State Nursing Diploma and a professional license in occupational health.
2. Specialization in ergonomics or equivalent university qualification.

1. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
2. Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is required.

State Nursing Diploma and a professional license in occupational health.
