Louis Vuitton Nordic Language Client Advisor

- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs related to customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Deliver exceptional inbound customer service via phone, email, and digital channels for clients in the UK and Nordics markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding preferences and offering personalized recommendations.
- Take ownership of customer concerns, ensuring resolution through innovative approaches and collaboration with other departments.
- Ensure accurate information and follow-up are maintained in systems and databases.
- Handle complaints and difficult situations professionally, maintaining Louis Vuitton's high service standards.
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison, embodying Louis Vuitton values and professionalism in all interactions.
- Fluency in English and a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish).
- Experience in luxury retail is a plus.
- Interest in luxury fashion and awareness of current trends is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales and storytelling abilities.
- Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for impeccable service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to schedules.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Beginner level experience is acceptable, with a preference for backgrounds in luxury retail.
