1. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs related to customer satisfaction and service quality.
2. Deliver exceptional inbound customer service via phone, email, and digital channels for clients in the UK and Nordics markets.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding preferences and offering personalized recommendations.
4. Take ownership of customer concerns, ensuring resolution through innovative approaches and collaboration with other departments.
5. Ensure accurate information and follow-up are maintained in systems and databases.
6. Handle complaints and difficult situations professionally, maintaining Louis Vuitton's high service standards.
7. Act as an ambassador of the Maison, embodying Louis Vuitton values and professionalism in all interactions.

1. Fluency in English and a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish).
2. Experience in luxury retail is a plus.
3. Interest in luxury fashion and awareness of current trends is advantageous.
