1. Lead and manage new product development projects, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and timelines.
2. Plan projects by identifying critical paths, monitoring schedules, and challenging teams to meet objectives.
3. Facilitate project risk analysis and communicate alerts to central teams and the executive committee, proposing alternative solutions.
4. Support development teams and suggest process improvements.
5. Serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional teams.
6. Engage in short to medium-term specific projects such as client care service and continuous process improvement.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac+5 equivalent).
2. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.

3. Proven organizational and analytical skills.
4. Proficiency in SAP; familiarity with MS Project or Prochain is advantageous.
5. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
