1. Lead development projects, ensuring quality, cost, and timelines are met.
2. Plan projects by identifying critical paths, monitoring schedules, and motivating teams.
3. Facilitate project risk analysis.
4. Communicate alerts to central teams and the executive committee, proposing alternative solutions.
5. Support development teams and suggest process improvements.
6. Act as the primary contact for teams.
7. Engage in short- and medium-term projects such as client care service and continuous process improvement.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
2. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
